In less than a week, a show will begin at a local gallery. It will be a limited-time gallery presentation of twenty photographs and twenty poems. Five poets and five photographers have collaborated over the last several months, in a project that has seen poems inspired by photographs and photographs inspired by poems. It has been a unique exercise for me, and the works produced by the collaboration promise to be as inspiring as they are inspired. The twenty works (twenty pairs of photos and poems) are being offered in limited editions of ten. It has been an honour to be part of the collaboration, and it will be a joy to share the results with the other artists.
